All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment as communicated by our team. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice due to airline, hotel, or exchange-rate fluctuations.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate, valid documents including a passport with the required validity. Invitation Visa is not responsible for visa refusals resulting from incorrect information, incomplete documents, or decisions made solely by the relevant embassy or authorities.
Payments must be made through the channels specified by our team. Package prices include the services explicitly listed and exclude any personal expenses, additional nights, or services not mentioned in the package.
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Saudi authorities. Invitation Visa acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee visa approval. Processing times are estimates and may vary.
Any changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from airlines or hotels. Cancellation terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Invitation Visa is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including flight delays, weather, or actions of third-party service providers.
Customers are expected to comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the guidelines of airlines and hotels throughout their journey.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
